For many of us, areas of chronic tension stem from the activities we are unable to avoid in our day to day life.  Things like spending hours at a desk, typing, carrying small children on one hip or the other. The repetitive motions that come with being a hairstylist or painter.  Below are short videos that show some stretches that, if you have a five minute break here or there, could be incorporated into your day to help encourage tension release.
